The project has planning permission granted and a valid construction licence, so construction can start immediately. I have a valid quotation for the construction of the concrete structure, terraces and swimming pool. A project manager, architect, engineer and construction team (involved from the start) are available to work with.
Above is an overhead view of the project. An additional en-suite can be added to the room on the far left if required. We planned to include this to enable for a private office or as a bedroom. The kitchen area is larger than this plan, it is the same the width as the lounge and dining area.
The roof has access from the rear of the property, with provision made for a full roof terrace to make maximum use of the developed space. It was designed with circular seating and a wall for projecting films & TV.
Due to the development limits set for the construction, the garage area is underneath the terrace, with secure storage and access to the house via a staircase leading to the main entrance. Provision is made for a garage door, the walls will be made of glass.
This is the view from the property. Exceptionally quiet and totally secluded with 180 ocean views – pity it was hazey the day this photo was taken! The property has many carob trees, almond, Aloe and wild herbs. Loulé is only a couple of minutes away by car. Beaches 20 minutes.
Total area of the land is 7283m2 with 300m2 of construction approved on a single level.
